Animations for tides in ocean or water flowing in fountain.
Sound effects for things like planting and harvesting.
Possible features:
Inventory to put seed packets in.
Make harvesting more satisfying. Plants could take longer or more work to grow. Have a sound effect or particle effect when harvested.
Something to make crops feel more distinct from each other like different growth rates, ability to cook crops into different meals or giving to different characters with food preferences.
Characters to interact with. They could communicate with the same emotes you have or have emotes of items they want. Give gifts to them and they'll give gifts back.
Way to expand farmland like using a hoe to till more ground, paying for more plots of land, or a toll bridge or boat to pay to access more islands.
A farm animal you can buy from store.
Character creator for different hair, skin and clothes colors. Be able to change character in-game as well with mirror, wardrobe, changing room or salon.
